The PMS Implementation Manager will lead client implementations of Enfusion’s Portfolio Management System, ensuring platform customization and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include consulting with clients, managing project methodologies, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating software setup and reporting requirements.

The Client Success Representative acts as the first point of contact for clients using the Enfusion platform. Responsibilities include providing support for queries on General Ledger Accounting, P&L, and Trade Booking, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction. The role involves learning software modules and coordinating with internal teams to address client needs effectively.
