Performance bonus
At CS Recruiting, we utilize recurring bonus plans in certain positions. However, all employees are eligible to receive additional discretionary bonuses based on the team’s assessment of production.
Office Perks
Company-sponsored outings
Each small team at CS Recruiting receives a per person budget each year to plan any outing they choose. CS Recruiting sponsors two parties a year, the Summer outing and the Winter party.
Company-sponsored happy hours
CS Recruiting sponsors optional team meet ups one to two times per quarter. These events include happy hours, bowling, karaoke, and trivia night.
Home-office stipend for remote employees
Every employee has a $30 work from home monthly stipend added to their paycheck.
Child Care + Parental Leave
Company sponsored family events
CS Recruiting sponsors 1-2 family events per year that coincide with a holiday. For example Valentine's Day parties and Halloween parties.

Continuing education available during work hours
We provide each employee a personalized learning and development curriculum specific to their interests and growth areas. We expect these courses to be completed during work hours.
Tuition reimbursement
Employees who have worked consistently for 12 months can earn tuition reimbursement up to $2,000 per year. Courses can be graduate or undergraduate classes that are relevant to the career growth plan.

Dental insurance
All regular full-time employees who have completed the plan's defined 90-day waiting period at CS Recruiting are eligible for the Company dental plan.
Disability insurance
CS Recruiting offers long-term disability insurance which pays a monthly benefit if you cannot work because of a covered illness or injury. The benefit replaces 60% of monthly earnings up to $7,500.
Health insurance
CS Recruiting offers group health insurance benefits to all eligible full-time team members and their eligible dependents through BCBS. CS Recruiting covers 50% of group health benefits.
Life insurance
CS Recruiting offers basic life insurance benefit to all eligible employees with a payout of $25,000 max.
Vision insurance
CS Recruiting offers vision insurance and covers 50% of group benefits.
Wellness programs
In 2023 CS Recruiting started a wellness series which provides opportunities throughout the year to connect with instructors in the wellness space including yoga, mental health, and nutrition.
Wellness days
We set company wide wellness days and wellness sessions for employees to partake in. This includes reset days where the entire company shuts down, and 30 to 60 minute sessions for yoga and meditation.
