All Chief employees have access to our ongoing virtual Chief member exclusive content, including workshops, thought leadership, and iconic speakers like Cynthia Nixon, Stacey Abrams and Michelle Obama. At Chief, your ongoing development will be supported by your manager and an team member experience team to make sure that you have avenues to progress. We launched our first ever Chief Values Awards in 2022. We celebrated 2 winners for each value (Powerful, Inclusive, Real, Curious, Time Travel) and awarded them $500 cash plus $500 donated to a charity of their choice. We also had 3 winners that are were celebrated for living all of our values, who were awarded $1500 cash plus a $1500 donation to a charity of their choice. The awards were presented at Chiefchella. In addition to the section on Nonprofit partnerships, we have many partnerships that engaged our Chief team and members to donate to causes that In 2022, after the Supreme Court’s decision on reproductive rights, Chief committed to donating $250,000 to organizations who give access to care. These included Planned Parenthood, National Abortion Foundation, NARAL ProChoice America and others.
