You will coordinate with Financial Aid and support students through effective communication and reminders.

As a Student Accounts Specialist, you will handle student billing, process ledger card charges, manage past due accounts, and assist with financial aid packaging. Your role includes setting up payment plans, communicating with students about payments, and collaborating with financial aid staff.

As a Student Success Coach, you will support and motivate students from enrollment to graduation, manage an active portfolio, collaborate with internal teams to enhance student experiences, identify potential academic risks, and engage in community events.
