Health Insurance + Wellness

Dental insurance

Artera will contribute 80% for employee premium and 50% of dependent premiums. Coverage includes Orthodontia for adults and children.

Disability insurance

With our Short-Term and Long-Term Disability plan you can rest easy knowing that you are covered if you become injured or too sick to work.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Employees may contribute to a medical or dependent care FSA up to IRS limits to use pre-tax funds for eligible expenses.

Health insurance

Artera will contribute 100% of employee premium and 75% of dependent premium of the Medical Mid Plan. HSA eligible HDHP option also available.

Life insurance

Artera pays 100% of annual base salary to beneficiaries. Additional voluntary life insurance is also available.

Pet insurance

Artera offers pet insurance through Wishbone Pet Insurance as a voluntary benefit. Premiums are employee paid.

Team workouts
