As a Customer Success Manager at Argyle, you will serve as the main contact for top customers, overseeing their onboarding, promoting product adoption, and managing renewals. You’ll analyze customer data, collaborate with product teams, build a repeatable customer success model, and monitor KPIs to enhance customer experience while providing insights into the API functionality.
