The Director of Growth will execute recruiting, church partnerships, and strategic sales and marketing plans targeting apartment owners and multifamily management companies. They will enhance community relationships, maintain client expectations and provide updates on sales trends. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with divisional leadership and coordinating recruiting strategies to secure a steady candidate pool.
