As a Corporate Legal Associate, you will provide legal support on corporate transactions, negotiate agreements, conduct legal research, and advise on governance matters. Your role involves risk mitigation, document management, and collaboration with legal teams and stakeholders.

The Associate will support the Investment team in identifying and conducting diligence on startups in technology sectors, prepare materials for meetings, and provide operational support to portfolio companies.
