The candidate must have strong communication, technical knowledge, and analytical skills, as well as experience in conducting user group meetings and incorporating sustainability into designs.

Lead the development of technical aspects and content of projects, coordinate work with all disciplines, ensure compliance, and communicate project status to stakeholders. Lead design, production, coordination, and architectural detailing with a multi-disciplinary team. Participate in business development, maintain client relations, and facilitate sustainable design strategies.
