The Director/Associate Director of Quality Control will oversee and support the testing and validation of GMP-compliant analytical methods for cellular therapies. Responsibilities include method optimization, cross-functional collaboration, QC deliverables management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while leading the QC function and quality management.

Lead and manage the Biostatistics department, develop statistical strategies for clinical programs, review clinical study documents, guide regulatory submissions, mentor team members, and ensure compliance with industry standards in statistical analysis.
