The Tech Lead for Professional Services at Improvado is responsible for leading the development of data and attribution models while mentoring a team of data analysts. They will refine project delivery methodologies and provide technical guidance to clients to enhance service delivery and satisfaction.

As a Product Researcher, you will evaluate feature impacts before development, conduct UX and CX research, usability testing, interviews, and prepare reports to communicate results. You'll work directly with the product team to influence decisions and conduct market research.

Build and maintain back-end for Improvado's marketing analytics SaaS platform, design and implement new functionalities, optimize performance, troubleshoot and debug, collaborate with front-end team, participate in Agile development, and contribute to codebase improvements.
