The T&E Support Analyst is responsible for providing customer service support for Roche affiliates related to Travel & Expense management using the Concur application. This role involves handling inquiries, administering corporate card programs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Perform routine maintenance and repair of medical instruments, install equipment at customer sites, coordinate problem resolution, develop service manuals, conduct training on equipment operation, manage spare parts inventory, interact with customers to resolve issues, report problems to global service center, execute project management, provide expertise in engineering and system start-up, support new implementations, develop system architectures, lead technical projects, comply with regulations, hold an associate degree in electronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or biomedical engineering, have 2 years of relevant work experience, possess average English reading and writing skills, strong communication skills, and customer relationship management skills, hold a valid driver's license, willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

The Sustainability Reporting Analyst will prepare Roche's Consolidated Sustainability Report, improve reporting processes, define data requirements, validate sustainability data, stay updated on sustainability trends, collaborate on KPI development, and conduct training in Sustainability Reporting.
