Responsibilities include consulting the team, defining critical process steps, driving design improvements, and supporting PFMEA. Requires 10 years of experience in high voltage power modules manufacturing with sintering expertise and knowledge of automotive standards.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering, 10 years of experience in manufacturing high voltage power modules, expertise in sintering of SiC modules, and fluency in English.
