As a Heibaas, you will lead a team responsible for optimal production of foundation machinery, prioritizing quality, progress, and safety. Your tasks include ensuring safe and efficient operations, guiding and motivating foundation workers, assessing site conditions, managing machinery assembly, and coordinating with project stakeholders.

As a Technisch Operator, you will operate and maintain soil washing installations, troubleshoot production process issues, and handle general maintenance tasks. You will need basic knowledge of pumps, engines, and drives to effectively perform your duties and ensure quality and safety during operations.

As a Project Engineer, you will work on marine infrastructure and civil projects, preparing tenders and overseeing project execution. You will join an on-shore project team, follow daily project updates, and report to the project manager, contributing to various construction initiatives.

The technician will be responsible for the repair, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical installations and construction machinery. They will also participate in technical projects and assist in the commissioning of new equipment.

As a Second Mate Trainee, you will work on board dredging vessels under the supervision of the Second Mate, learn the dredging process, contribute to operational activities, and update navigation charts.

As a Second Engineer Trainee, you will assist the Engineering watch on various dredging vessels, maintain technical equipment, and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. You will gain hands-on experience while working under the guidance of experienced engineers and performing repairs and maintenance as needed.

As a Second Mate, you will be responsible for watchkeeping, navigation, and the dredging process on board TSHD, CSD or split barges. You will maintain dredging equipment, ensure safety, communicate with project managers and update navigation charts. Your role is crucial in optimizing operational activities and overall production performance.
