Audit manufacturing sites of clients' suppliers to assess compliance with Labor Laws and ethical standards. Review documentation, conduct employee interviews, identify non-compliance issues, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.

Drive people and programmes performances via the implementation and monitoring of selected impactful KPIs. Manage a team of Supervisors and ensure expertise, processes, and systems are in place to address client needs and comply with ethical requirements.
