As a Senior Salesforce Architect at Carabiner Group, you will design and implement complex technical solutions on the Salesforce platform, lead integration projects, provide mentorship, create technical documentation, ensure adherence to best practices, and maintain knowledge of Salesforce features. You’ll collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to align solutions with business goals and serve as a key technical authority on projects.

In this position, you'll manage cloud infrastructure, automate deployments, and enhance performance monitoring. You'll work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes using tools like Terraform and enhance observability with Sentry and Grafana. Additionally, you'll manage Kubernetes environments and support incident resolution to optimize infrastructure.

The Cloud Architect will lead large Amazon Connect projects, implement cloud contact center solutions, and develop applications and networking on AWS. Responsibilities include architecting large-scale solutions and automating Amazon Connect.
