Join Our Team as a Workplace Coordinator!
Are you ready to be the face of a fast-paced, dynamic business? We’re looking for a Workplace Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be a key player in a small, highly skilled team, delivering top-tier services across a range of areas including reception, AV, room management, security, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the presentation and aesthetic of front-of-house and guest areas.
- Manage concierge services, including greeting visitors and clients.
- Schedule and prepare meeting and training rooms.
- Coordinate AV and web conferencing setups for meetings.
- Oversee onsite events, ensuring AV and catering needs are met.
- Troubleshoot AV issues, coordinating with third parties as needed.
- Handle administrative duties and supply management.
- Conduct site safety inspections to ensure a secure work environment.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance employee experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- AV troubleshooting experience (training provided).
- At least 2 years of experience in a facilities or workplace coordinator role.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting.
