Mergers & Acquisitions / Strategic Planning at our Heidelberg location.
Tasks / responsibilities
- Assistance in mergers and acquisition transactions, especially in financial modelling/valuations and due diligence of potential targets and joint ventures
- Performing financial and strategic business analysis, valuations and industry research
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for the top management
- Support at various strategic projects and presentations
Qualifications / required skills
- Student in business administration, economics or related areas
- Work experience (intern/working student) in Investment Banking, Consulting or Corporate Finance Advisory would be of advantage
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team and under pressure
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Competent handling of MS Office applications (in particular Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility
