Job Opportunity: Workforce Solutions Manager - Allied Construction Industries (ACI) - Cincinnati, OH

Job Summary: As a Workforce Solutions Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing education and training programs for youth and adults. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives and careers of individuals in the Cincinnati region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative functions for education and training programs, including communication with trainers, ordering materials, and coordinating the department calendar.
- Manage the facilitation of education and training programs, assist with class attendance requirements, prepare classrooms, and track participants through program cycles.
- Engage with youth through K-12 construction career programming and adults seeking to upskill or start a career in construction.
- Communicate program opportunities with school administrators, member companies, and training partners.
- Administer and proctor exams/certifications (e.g., NCCER, WorkKeys).
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience in an administrative and management capacity, program coordination, or community.
- Experience working with students (K-12 and beyond) and adults from various backgrounds.
- Proficiency with Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in learning & development/training program management.
- Familiarity with CRM systems/software.
- Experience in educational institutions or companies within the built environment.
