Job Description
- You will set the overall strategy, conceptualise, implement, and continuously improve our Work Force Planning
- You will be responsible for ensuring that Flink Netherlands meets our 28-minute promise, resulting in happy customers all-round, while balancing efficiencies. To achieve this you will need to be proficient in:
- Forecasting methodologies
- Optimising workforce scheduling tools
- Scheduling NL labour laws
- Capacity management and incentivisation
- Own and challenge KPIs central to the business
- Lead operational improvement plans and workforce planning automations
Qualifications
- You have 4+ years of work experience in operations or planning (experience at high-grow or early-stage startups preferred)
- You have a good understanding of planning tools and Google Sheet or MS Excel
- You are tech-savvy and able to learn new tools and processes quickly
- You are a highly organized, detail-oriented and process driven person
- Experience using Python and SQL preferred
