Neo Group is on the lookout for a VIP CRM Manager to join our CRM Team in Minsk, Belarus.
What we want from you:
- Design and manage personalized/exclusive promotions and bonuses aimed at boosting engagement and retention of VIP clients;
- Configure and oversee promotional mechanics through CRM systems;
- Configure personalized email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging to promote campaigns;
- Segment the VIP player database and tailor offers for various client groups;
- Monitor key metrics (ROI, Retention, Engagement Rate) and prepare performance reports;
- Optimize strategies and mechanics based on data insights and client feedback;
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and product teams to produce promotional materials;
- Work with analysts to build dashboards and conduct deep performance analysis.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., CRM Manager, VIP Promotions Manager, or equivalent);
- Proven track record of working with VIP clients in iGaming, betting, or a premium service industry;
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Optimove, FastTrack or similar) and analytics tools;
- Ability to create effective promotional mechanics and personalized offers;
- Strong understanding of client segmentation, loyalty programs, and retention metrics;
- Familiarity with the iGaming industry and its VIP client specifics;
- High level of empathy and customer orientation;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and quickly adapt to changes;
- Creativity and analytical thinking;
- Proficiency in English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
- Competence in data tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
