This entity develops systems, modules and components to manage the thermal energy of the powertrain, as well as comfort in the passenger compartment, during all phases of vehicle use and for all types of engines.
Our HR department is looking for a VIE HR Management for 12 months renewable to support the HR Business Partner in defined topics for the employees (production and R&D population) of the site.
Your challenges?

You will participate and coordinate several HR projects (communication, marketing, health management etc.)

You will be responsible for implementing several Employee Engagement actions as part of our internal audit.

You will support the administrative tasks

You will participate in co-designing, optimization and implementation of HR processes
Let’s talk about you…

You have a Bachelor or Master degree in HR Management / Labor Law

You have a first experience in HR work (internship, work-study)

You have an excellent level in English

You have a good knowledge of German

You have a good experience in MS Office / Google Application

An initial experience in the automotive industry is a plus

You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking

You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
