Video Editor
Responsibilities:
- Assemble rough cuts
- Review and color grade raw footage
- Clean and mix audio recordings
- Select music tracks
- Make improvements to footage when needed (white balance, denoising, stabilization, etc.)
- Apply graphics/animations as needed
- Ensure video is in line with brand guidelines
- Make revisions to video edits upon request
- Export videos with closed captions and create video thumbnails for publishing
- Upload final videos to HubSpot, Air, YouTube, etc., add to brand website, and/or schedule on other platforms as needed
- Reassemble finished content into vertical video for social media
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in film, media, broadcasting, video production, or related field
- Previous experience in a video editor role
- Experience with the following programs: Adobe Premiere and Davinci Resolve
- Comfortability managing multiple brand style guidelines and preferences
- Ability to meet hard deadlines and communicate project status updates
Preferred (but not required) experience:
- Previous role(s) in a marketing agency
- B2B SaaS
- HubSpot
- After Effects
- Frame.io
- Shooting video and recording audio
Salary: $50k - $65k
