This position is part of the Information Technology department located in Fargo, ND and will be full-time on-site. You will be a part of the IT Leadership Team and report to the Chief Financial Officer and be responsible for leading the IT team and executing on IT strategy for Aldevron.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead the IT team to execute the IT strategic roadmap, ensuring that delivery and outcomes meet business requirements and add value.

• Proactively enable corporate enterprise services by establishing clearly articulated technology goals, roadmaps, and execution plans.

• Oversee the recommendation, implementation, and support of the new operational support model, focusing on continuous process improvements of the Enterprise Applications.

• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, and systems to ensure seamless operations and uptime.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, and Quality Assurance, to ensure alignment and integration of enterprise applications.

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Develop and manage the budget for IT, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• Extensive experience from within high-tech manufacturing, ideally life sciences or medical devices.

• Strong experience in a series of increasingly responsible technology roles; a minimum of 10 years leading within an IT organization.

• Strong track record of developing IT talent to ensure proper leadership is in place to drive innovation and transformational change.

• Proven IT organization leadership characterized by high performance and efficient operations.

• Demonstrated ability to successfully execute enterprise-scale projects and initiatives.

• Proven experience in software selection, negotiations, and vendor relations.

• Strong understanding of data analytics, AI development, application development processes, data security, and compliance.
