Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research through various methods such as user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and A/B testing.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our users, including their needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Analyze and interpret research data, identifying key insights that guide design decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (design, product, engineering) to integrate research insights into product development.
  • Create and maintain research plans, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Advocate for the value of research in guiding product and platform strategies to improve ROI and reduce tech debt.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging research methodologies.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in UX research or a related field.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data.
  • Expertise in user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction, demonstrated through prior work or certifications.
  • Proficiency in research tools, such as user testing software, survey platforms, and data analysis tools.
  • Skilled in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for report generation, presentations, and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with Miro (preferred) for collaborative brainstorming and workflow mapping.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including diverse stakeholders, and contributing to successful outcomes.
  • Experience in agile environments, with the ability to self-manage and adapt to shifting project priorities.
  • Willingness to travel to other Kraft Heinz locations as needed.


Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field.
  • Experience with Figma.
  • Knowledge of front-end development principles, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel or PowerBI.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools for scalable documentation edits, visual storytelling, and executive summarization to structure insights.
  • Certification in UX research or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the Food & Beverage or Tech industry.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$83,400.00 - $104,200.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
