NGEN is the largest IT services program for the Navy. Under the Service Management, Integration, and Transport (SMIT) portion of NGEN, the Leidos team will deliver the core backbone of the Navy-Marine Corps Intranet, including cybersecurity services, network operations, service desk, and data transport. Job Summary:
Leidos is seeking an intern to support User Support Services as part of the Seat Services team. The candidate will assist with the organization and management of awarded positions to bring about the successful completion of SMIT – User Support Services goals and objectives. Duties may include ensuring that all programs run within scope, time, and budget constraints. Candidate must be able to work independently as well as with a team. The Project manager will be responsible for reviewing the customers’ schedule from initiation to completion. To include but not limited to, data submission, schedule planning, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The role requires a motivated self-starter who is willing to learn and be flexible with customer’s requirements, and can execute and deliver projects on time.
Primary Responsibilities
- Interface with CLIN Project Manager, Data Analysts, and Staging teams for all required deliverables of seat delivery (computer refresh)
- Monitor project objectives, milestones, and deliverables through completion
- Review newly submitted customer data for accuracy, identify key players (CTR, ACTR) and execute requirements
- Ability to provide quick project statuses and escalate customer issues to leadership
Basic Qualifications
- US Citizen
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program at the junior/senior level
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented

- Self-motivated/ self-directing
- Strong collaboration, prioritization, and adaptability skills required
- Ability to manage and prioritize own work
- Analytical thinking; thinking out of the box
- Ability to effectively communicate with all organizational levels (SME to Senior Management)

Pay Range:Pay Range $39,000.00 - $70,500.00
