Responsibilities:

Monitor and track organization user lifecycle metrics (ex. eMAU, Retention, etc.)

Lead business studies or deep dives and provide insights to enable data driven decisions in creating marketing strategies

Ideate and develop dashboard, performance tools, and/or segmentation frameworks to understand business performance, user profiles & consumer behavior

Own and further develop assigned competency within the User Analytics team

Establish and consolidate data into stories for executive reporting
Qualifications:

Educational Background – Business Analytics, or any related field

Years of Work Experience – minimum 5yrs in data analysis or consulting fields
Skills and Competencies

Proficient in programming languages (SQL and Python) and data visualization tools (e.g. Google Looker Studio)

Knowledgeable in data integration

Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills
