The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for a qualified Unified Communications Engineer to support our intelligence customer by tailoring cuttingedge solutions to the unique requirements of our clients. Our work depends on TS/SCI cleared Unified Engineer joining our team to support our intelligence customer in St. Louis, MO As a Unified Communications Engineer.

Coordinates system developmen include design, modeling, security, integration, and formal tes Contributes to completion of specific engineering programs and proj Develops solutions to a variety of complex engineering proble Perform complex systems design, development, and integration from the start of a systems life cycle to the e Oversees complex infrastructure including installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, app software, and system management too Performs complex systems modeling, simulation, and analyze Performs continual maintenance and provides complex solutions for security, backup, and redundancy prob Prepares and maintains documentation for processes and procedures related to engineering project Maintains current knowledge of rapidly changing technology May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals May serve as a team or task lead
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with customer management staff and GDIT management to coordinate and implement system level changes and activities, demonstrating the ability to make rational and objective judgments based on facts, info company procedures.
Support Tier 2 and 3 operations by assessing severity, prioritizing tasks, and considering risks and alternatives.
Take ownership of support issues and work towards successful resolution with customer.
Provide technical assistance and support as a core member of the engineering team, actively participating in non-standard voice operations and collaboration to Oversee the daily operations of approximately 18500 customer phones across multiple systems, ensuring efficient reliable performance.
Manage projects related to the deployment of new collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, Telephony infrastructure including Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco IM&Presence, Cisco Agent Desktop Cisco Unified Contact Center, Cisco Meeting Server (CMS), Cisco TelePresence Management Suite (TMS), Cisco Jab VoIP endpoint deployment, and ongoing upgrades and improvements to existing system.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of Unified Communications design, requirements, and functions.
Expert-level technical proficiency in Unified Communications system administration.
Experience with various collaboration tools such as Cisco Jabber and/or Microsoft Teams,
Call Manager 12.5 or higher with expert-level proficiency in utilizing Bulk Administration Templates and Coordinate with source data custodians to understand the data required for specific requirement
Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel and other data manipulation tools to logically sort, reference, analyze, and correct data from multiple non-standard source
Develop and execute detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation in the areas of U Communications Engineering
Conduct integration proof of concept testing as require
Provide weekly status reports to managers and stakeholders.
Strong expertise in WAN network facilities and protocols
Demonstrated attention to detail and a logical approach to manipulating large data
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Education/Equivalent:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination education, technical training, or work/military experience
Experience: 5+ years of related systems engineering experience in Unified Communications.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$74,600-$156,700
