1. 辦理各項活動、訓練，推動合作通路團險經營，以提升團險生產力，達成年度業績目標。
2. 提供報價單，陪同經代通路拜訪客戶，並作成交前、後客戶說明會，以提高客戶滿意度。
3. 執行團險續保業務，提升優質客戶之續保服務以及顧全業務品質。
4. 協助合作通路成交團險必要之照會和行政聯繫溝通處理事宜。
