About the Role:
Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking to grow your career in treasury operations? We are seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our team and play a key role in managing daily cash operations, executing short-term investments, and ensuring smooth financial transactions across multiple entities.
In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and banking partners to optimize cash flow, support treasury initiatives, and contribute to financial reporting. Responsibilities:

Perform day-to-day cash operations such as processing electronic funds transfers of multiple types including but not limited to wires, ACHs and foreign currency payments.

Analyze and manage daily cash position; establishment of daily cash position thresholds and execute short-term cash investing transactions accordingly.

Monitor daily receipt and disbursement activity for multiple bank accounts across various entities.

Assist with month-end and quarter-end cash reporting.

Assist with developing and executing Treasury initiatives.

Work closely with business units and bank relationships to resolve and research issues promptly and accurately.

Support the Group/Global Treasury team on a range of cash reporting, cash flow analysis and foreign exchange topics.

Facilitate multiple automated payments from the Oracle A/P system to the bank(s) on a daily basis.

Facilitate manual payments initiated on electronic banking platforms ensuring accuracy and compliance with Treasury standards confirming that booking transactions are run in parallel.

Assist with the implementation, testing and training of any new financial software and technologies.

Respond to audit requests, work with external and internal auditors on supporting information requirements.

Ensure all treasury activities comply with treasury policy.

Other ad-hoc duty related to treasury matters assigned by the supervisor.
Job Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent work experience.

Experience with online banking portals and/or Treasury workstation is a plus but not required (e.g. experience internet banking with JPM, HSBC, DB, ANZ and others).

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel (PivotTable), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines while maintaining close attention to details and work independently with minimal supervision.

Possess strong communication skills. Required interaction with many people throughout the Company as well as banking partners daily.
