Treasury Analyst
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Treasury professional to join our global Treasury team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of the treasury function while collaborating with key stakeholders across the globe. As a Treasury Analyst, you will be responsible for a wide range of treasury activities including managing cash operations, cash forecasting, foreign currency exposure management, and strategic reporting. You will be instrumental in supporting treasury needs as business priorities evolve, making a meaningful impact on the organization’s financial strategies.
The individual will be based out of our Morgan Hill, CA office and report to the Treasury Manager.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Liquidity Management and Cash flow forecasting

Manage global cash positions, maximize liquidity, and invest excess cash in suitable vehicles (e.g., money markets, bank deposits)

Oversee the movement of cash amongst bank accounts to ensure funding for payroll, accounts payable and other cash outlays

Develop & maintain short and long term global/regional/market level cash flow forecasting model

FX Risk Management
-
Analyze FX exposure and perform pre-trade and post trade analysis

Execute hedges as per the hedging strategy aligned to Specialized’s global foreign exchange needs
-
Stay updated on global FX trends, providing insights to enhance hedging strategies

Banking Account & Debt management:
-
Oversee bank account management globally, including opening and closing accounts, updating signatories and handling bank compliance & KYC requests

Support strategic banking projects.

Technology and Innovation
-
Support the implementation of our global Treasury Management System (Kyriba) across different markets

Identify process improvements, drive automation, and enhance controls
-
Additional responsibilities
-
Document current process flows and treasury policies ensuring they remain up to date

Support ad hoc requests and treasury projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams

Assist with data validation and reconciliation to improve Treasury dashboards and reporting
WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN
-
Bachelor’s in business, Finance, Economics or related discipline; CFA, MBA and/or CTP is a plus

3-5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in corporate treasury at a multinational company. Prior experience with foreign exchange a plus.

Highly effective interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, gain consensus among various teams, and drive change.

Pay
Below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in the following locations:
California Base Pay Range: ($55,228 - $91,126 annual)
*At Specialized, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and will depend on your work experience, skills, certification, and location.
