The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Transactional Procurement Manager, you will be an integral and proactive member of the Group Procurement function, providing general administrative, sourcing and systems support to meet the department’s objectives.
The role offers competitive benefits and provides an opportunity for someone who has an interest in progressing their career in Procurement.
Raise POs and/or Supplier Contracts for any facilities related services will be a main part of this role. There is a strong likelihood that this roll will also expand to raising POs for other area of the business globally.
A large part of this role will be to manage and maintain the Procurement ‘ERP’ system (Workday) and all the documentation and administration relating to this system. You will also use this system to run and pull through reports.
The customer services side of this role will mean that you are the first point of contact for stakeholders all procurement and supplier enquiries globally.
The role will also manage procurement elements of the supplier due diligence process and ensure that this is completed in a timely manner.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support the Procurement Team with general administrative tasks.
- Create reports and assist with the preparation of presentations and tender documentation.
- Create and maintain all Procurement related supporting documentation and user guides.
- Provide Workday Procurement support to global colleagues where required.
- Effectively manage the Procurement Team’s outlook mailbox.
- Raise POs and/or Supplier Contracts for any facilities related services.
- Maintain all 3rd party supplier contracts via the approved repository.
- Process and reconcile all Procurement related credit card transactions.
- Manage NCC Group’s flexible office supplier and set up/maintain any associated accounts.
- Gathering data to support NCC Groups sustainability suppliers
- Support the Procurement team and wider business with some transactional buying.
- Support the Procurement team with the development of online catalogues
- Ownership of some local supplier relationships
Requirements:

- Excellent time management skills
- Organised with good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and use own initiative.
- Experience of using ERP systems e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday is desirable.
- Proven administration and customer service experience
- Experience of Procurement and buying in a corporate environment is desirable.
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office packages
