Your role at Exness:
The Training Specialist is responsible for skills identification and definition, skill standards and measurement, skill gap identification and development, as well as skill evaluation. They create training plans, course content and develop instructional materials, to ensure that employees’ growth aligns with company goals. They have expertise in instructional design, learning principles, and course development.
You will:
- Deliver comprehensive training programs, covering both product knowledge and client-facing skills.
- Conduct skill assessments to measure participants' understanding and identify potential gaps.
- Analyze training session outcomes, including feedback and assessment data, to recommend content improvements.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders to ensure training addresses specific team needs.
- Conduct regular calibration sessions with TLs to review assessments and ensure consistent application of standards across regions and teams.
- Highlight discrepancies and suggest adjustments to the standards or measurement methods as needed to refine standards, adjust training programs, and update measurement tools accordingly.
- Facilitate refresher courses for existing employees based on observed skill gaps and performance issues.
- Document training materials and assessment results, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Specialize in deep product knowledge, ensuring that all training programs reflect the latest updates and features of the company’s products and services.
- Lead the onboarding process for all new hires, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Be accountable for employees' training hours attendance, handle difficult behavior and escalating to the line manager when necessary.
- Support various projects, understanding the project management flow, delivering multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintaining strong follow-up discipline.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Line Manager when required.
What we expect from you:
- Willingness to relocate to Malaysia.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of previous training experience
- Collaborative and sharing nature.
- Past experience in e-learning course creation.
- Expertise in gamification content development.
- Skilled in creating engaging, game-based learning activities using platforms such as Quizizz, Gametize, Typeform, and others to enhance participation and improve the learning experience.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and good presentation skills
- Experience in forex or financial services would be an added advantage.
- Experience in instructional design would be an added advantage.
- Research, planning, organizing, time management, multi-tasking and high level of administrative skill
- Problem solving skills and ability to adapt fast to change, ability to simplify complex concepts
- Highly motivated, and able to take initiative and work independently. Hunger for what’s next and new
- Creative thinking skills and ability to address issues proactively
- Able to work under pressure as well as work flexible schedules/hours when needed.
- Ability to interact with people of diverse backgrounds; possess strong coaching and feedback skills and a high level of attention to detail.
