The Leidos National Security Sector is looking for a Training Specialist to join our team in the Quantico, VA area supporting a program for a federal law enforcement agency. You will serve as a training specialist administering both Instructor Led Trainings (ILTs) and Computer Based Trainings (CBTs) to the domestic and international user communities in support of the Operations and Support Services program. This role requires daily onsite support at our Stafford, VA office.

Primary Responsibilities:
oDevelop and execute a training curriculum that adheres to the Help Desk Training Plan
oAssist with planning and coordinating the Annual Conference, which hosts over 500 attendees, including weekly status calls with the customer and onsite support the week of the conference
oProvide an Instructor Led Training (ILT) for over 500 attendees at the Annual Conference in support of the deployment of each major software release, including facilitating responses from the audience via clicker inputs
oProvide ILTs for new domestic and international installations
oUpdate training materials and analysis tasks after each ILT and coordinate the update of all training materials on the Website
oProvide operations and maintenance support for the learning management system (LMS) and the existing 50+ Computer Based Trainings (CBTs)
oReview all training material deliverables provided by the development contractor to provide feedback to the Government
Required Qualifications:
oActive Top-Secret Clearance
oUS Citizenship
oA minimum of three (3) years experience as a training developer for software application(s)-type training materials
oBackground in learning/instructional design and trends
oExceptional communication skills: Fluent in English and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, written and verbally
oAbility to provide instruction to domestic and international partners with varying levels of knowledge and experience with the software
Preferred Qualifications:
oExperience teaching or instructing in an adult education program, secondary school, college, military installation, or industrial establishment
oExperience interfacing with a diverse user base, both domestic and international

Pay Range:Pay Range $63,700.00 - $115,150.00
