We are now looking for a motivated university student, Trainee Test Specialist, CRM to join our Forest Division team in Ostrava.
In this role, you will focus on manual testing of the Dynamics CRM system, executing test cases in Azure DevOps, and ensuring that our applications meet business requirements and function correctly within our system environment.
As a trainee, you will work 20 hours per week while continuing your studies, gaining practical experience in software testing and contributing to real projects. You will also be part of a trainee community in Ostrava, where students support each other, share experiences, and build valuable connections in an international work environment.
You will be located in our office - Organica in Ostrava, Czechia.
About the position
Key Responsibilities:

Perform manual testing of Dynamics CRM system to ensure they meet business requirements and function correctly.

Write/Execute test cases and document test results in Azure DevOps.

Collaborate with the development team to understand system functionalities and integrations.

Identify, report, and track software defects and inconsistencies.

Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality.

Participate in the creation and review of test plans and test cases.

Assist in the maintenance of test environments and test data.

Attend and contribute to team meetings and project review sessions.

Stay updated with the latest testing tools, methodologies, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.

Understanding of software development life cycle.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to document and troubleshoot errors.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a team environment.

Keen interest in technology and software testing.

English B2 level .

Familiarity with Dynamics CRM systems and their functionalities is a plus.
