Der Bereich Sozialforschung bei YouGov Schweiz betreut neben Grossstudien zu den Themen Arbeit, Gesundheit, Bildung, Politik, Medien und Mobilität auch viele Umfragen zu aktuellen gesellschaftsrelevanten Themen und verleiht damit der Schweizer Bevölkerung eine Stimme, die auch wirklich gehört wird.
Wir sind derzeit auf der Suche nach einem Trainee in der Sozialforschung für einen befristeten 1-Jahres-Vertrag bei YouGov Schweiz. Als Trainee in der Sozialforschung wirst du unser bereits erfolgreiches Team von 10 Mitarbeiter*innen verstärken. Die Teamleitung hat ein kollegiales und professionelles Arbeitsklima geschaffen, mit grossartigen Sozialleistungen und vielen Möglichkeiten, deine Fähigkeiten zu entwickeln.
Du musst Deutsch als Muttersprache sprechen und mindestens B2-Niveau in Französisch und Englisch vorweisen können. Um in Frage zu kommen, musst du in der Schweiz wohnen, da wir dich nicht bei der Beschaffung von Aufenthaltsgenehmigungen oder Visa unterstützen können.
Als Trainee in der Sozialforschung wirst du an mindestens 4 Tagen pro Woche in unserem Büro in Zürich arbeiten.
Hier findest du eine Übersicht über deine Aufgaben (nicht alles, nur das Wichtigste):
Als Trainee in der Sozialforschung unterstützt du die Projekt- und Teamleiter*innen in der Abteilung Sozialforschung, indem du Tätigkeiten in den folgenden Bereichen übernimmst:
- Allgemeine Recherche- und Dokumentationsaufgaben
- Unterstützung, bei der Erstellung von Offerten und Dokumentationen, wie z.B. technische Berichte oder Ergebnisberichte
- Gegenlesen von Offerten und Dokumentationen
- Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Durchführung von Forschungsprojekten, einschliesslich der Planung und Umsetzung geeigneter Kontroll- und Überwachungsmechanismen
- Unterstützung bei der Marktbearbeitung, Entwicklung von Prozessen und Instrumenten für den Vertrieb von Produkten
- Entwicklung von Fragebögen für Umfragen
- Testen von programmierten Fragebögen für Telefon- und/oder Online-Umfragen
- Erstellung von Schulungsmaterialien nach Vorgaben, bei Bedarf in mehreren Sprachen
- Pflege von Kundendaten und Einpflegen der Projektplanung im System
- Kontrolle von Reportings, Statusberichten, technischen Berichten, Ergebnisberichten und Grafiken
- Überprüfung von Übersetzungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen und Forschungsgruppen
- Wenn möglich: forscherische/organisatorische Betreuung kleinerer Studien im Rahmen der Budgetvorgaben
Dies sind die wichtigsten Voraussetzungen, um erfolgreich zu sein:
- Du verfügst über einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Sozialwissenschaften oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
- Du hast einschlägige Projekte und Module im Rahmen deines Studiums absolviert oder Kenntnisse durch Berufserfahrung oder Praktika erworben.
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Daten
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Office und mit Datenprogrammen wie SPSS oder R
