Traffic Analyst (M/F/T)

We are looking for a dedicated employee (M/F/T) to strengthen our team in the logistics department:

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for on-time, quality- and cost-conscious logistics processing

• Processing and monitoring worldwide export/import orders

• You are responsible for the preparation of transport documents and, in addition to timely invoicing, also for the profit and loss closing of the forwarding file

• Furthermore, you will take care of the procurement of all necessary documents

• Preparation of the freight documents for customs clearance

• Monitoring and adherence to the specified loading and delivery dates at the customer's premises

• Coordination of deliveries with related departments

• Enquiries and evaluation of freight offers

Your profile:

• Training as a forwarding agent (m/f/d) or commercial training with further professional and technical qualification in the field of forwarding/logistics

• Several years of professional experience desirable

• Confident use of MS Office applications and knowledge of ERP software

• Commitment, team spirit, personal responsibility

• Very good written and spoken English and good computer skills

• You are committed and motivated, work independently and reliably and are characterised by team- and customer-oriented thinking and acting
