What you'll do

As the Customer Marketing Manager (CMM), you will be responsible for identifying customer needs and implementing action steps to maximize Tru Fru’s market position. The CMM will execute MAPS strategies, Portfolio Changes, New Item Launches, Sales Operations objectives, Trade Spend efficiency, & Channel Strategy. The CMM will be the point person and voice of Sales to the Operations, & Marketing departments.

Sales Operations

  • Act as the liaison between Sales & Operations
  • Facilitate sales and operations collaboration as the point person for sales
  • Build processes and tools to assist sales with supply needs
  • Manage Sales & Supply Execution Tracker to inform any changes in ship dates and quantities
  • Assist with Supply Chain communications and letters
  • Provide key analysis in facilitating new item distribution forecasts by channel/customer

Sales Strategy & SRM

  • Co-lead annual planning process with the Strategic Demand Leader; collecting insights & segmentation
  • Sales Playbook (MAPS) development - as go to market brand and execution guidelines to enable sales teams to build Customer plans that deliver against the Annual Plan
  • Deploy Customer level trade budgets & targets along with MAPS direction
  • Facilitate ad hoc projects and incremental funding requests
  • Support the management top down / bottom up plan creation and reconciliation
  • Assess pricing performance and strategy and initiate price / pack recommendations to capitalize on strengths and mitigate challenges for product portfolio
  • Assist Strategic Demand Leader in Channel Strategy development and execution across key trade planning metrics: volume, trade efficiency/spending, new items execution/distribution

Sales Marketing

  • Act as the liaison between Sales & Marketing
  • Represent sales in the S+OP Commercialization process for innovation and renovation
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create Sales toolkits & new item slides
  • Execute Marketing strategies & campaigns at the customer level

What you'll bring to trü frü

  • Experience working directly with major US retailers
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects from start to execution

You have...

  • 5+ years of CPG experience in trade/customer marketing, sales, or project management
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business field or related area of study
  • Microsoft Suite proficiency
  • Ability to travel between 10-15% of the time while in role
