What you will do:

Execute daily Import and Export operations for the assigned plant with a focus on Customs Compliance

How you will do it:

  • Control the arrival of materials to the warehouse of the Customs Agent abroad

  • Validation of commercial documents

  • Reconciliation of arrived components vs. documents

  • Preparation of customs documents

  • Provide technical information obtained from other departments for the correct tariff classification of goods and/or request special import permits

  • Point of contact between the Customs Agent and the service plant

  • Follow-up of the customs clearance process, from loading, crossing, and arrival

  • Validation of import and export declarations, as well as their reconciliation and upload into the Annex 24 system

  • Management of the customs system (Annex 24)

  • KPIs with Customs Agents

  • Review of Expense Accounts

What we look for:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Minimum of 2 years related experience.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Sense of urgency.

  • Multi-task

  • Problem-solving skills.

  • English 80%

  • Proactive

Preferred:

  • Computer skills in MS Office applications.

  • SAP

  • Vastera

  • Knowledge of R8 and Procedures in VUCEM

  • SAT

  • Interpretation of Bill of Materials
