Position Summary:
The purpose of the role is to ensure timely tool planning to produce parts as per the planning.
Work You’ll Do:
- Ensure 100% safety in all activities at plant.
- Having knowledge of Zoller Tool Presetter.
- Selection of Cutting Tools base on Component requirement.
- Study & Monitor Tool Life.
- Trouble shoot the problem related to cutting parameter.
- Basic knowledge of ERP
- Periodic update the consumable items in inventory management system.
- Productivity improvement & reduce Tooling Cost
- Maintain proper Housekeeping in work area.
- Timely provide the Proper Tooling to operator
Team:
Part of Machine Shop & will handle Tool Crip activities.
Basic Qualifications:
ITI /diploma.
