What you’ll achieve

As a Testing Associate you will be part of our highly successful team, utilizing your skills in the testing of our market leading software applications for the hospital and healthcare environment.

Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.

You will:

  • Analyze functional and non-functional software requirements
  • Design and execute manual and automated test plans
  • Identify and report software quality issues
  • Track and verify corrections made
  • Investigate with the development team the problems encountered
  • Write a summary report or an assessment of the software acceptance
  • Collaborate with the developers and other members of the agile team to improve the quality of the software
  • Participate in the development and improvement of testing practices in the organization

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:Essential Requirements

  • A degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent and has gained at least 1-3 years of experience as a Manual Tester
  • Very good test writing skills
  • Knowledge of one of the following test management tools: Jira, AzureDevops, TestLink
  • Knowledge of Linux and Windows platforms.
  • Good understanding of the issues and expectations of the product manager
  • Knowledge of the health sector is very important

Desirable Requirements

  • Pragmatic, autonomous, able to formally write an anomaly
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to integrate fully into work teams
  • Take initiative, analyse specifications and adapt easily to new situations.
  • Analyze and understand the origin of a malfunction, incident or accident (functional and technical specifications of the product, process, etc.)
  • Carry out qualitative and quantitative checks/tests
