We are looking for a Territory Manager to join our Belux sales organization! In this amazing role, you can make your mark by driving proactive campaigns to build the pipeline, using your specialized knowledge and skills to prospect, qualify, negotiate and close opportunities in a face to face relationship with the customer.

In a typical day, you would:

  • Be responsible for a defined set of accounts in Belgium (with a focus on Flanders region) with weight on public sector and FSI.

  • Seek out new opportunities and expand and enhance existing opportunities to build and manage the pipeline in specialty area.

  • Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry.

  • Understand client requirements and competitively position company solutions to meet the needs to drive retention strategy.

  • Interface with both internal and external/industry experts to anticipate customer needs and facilitate solutions development.

  • Maintain knowledge of competitors in accounts to strategically position Aruba's products and services.

  • Maintain a strong relationship with HPE Aruba’s partner ecosystem associated to your assigned customer list and nurture relationship to build new opportunities.

  • Achieve or overachieve assigned quota.

If you have these Skills, Expertise, Attitude and Education…

  • University, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education/experience

  • Typically, at least 3-5 years Sales experience within the IT industry

  • IT Security/Networking sales experience will be preferred

  • Self-driven and a Team player

  • Very good communication and presentation skills

  • Accountability for achieving business results

  • Ability to understand the customer's business issues and translate creatively to the company's solutions

  • Native speaker in Dutch language, business fluent language skills in French and English
