Project Role : Technology Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Job Description
- Experience with Infor Lawson s3 applications like, LSF, landmark, mscm, LBI, LSO, etc
-Knowledge of Infor Cloudsuite, ION, Infor OS a plus
-Linux/AIX admin and troubleshooting experience
-Should have experience with configuring auto/schedule jobs and troubleshooting jobs related logs
-ADFS setup and configuration experience a plus
-Understanding of ldap and user setup and maintenance
-Lawson Security Administrator, Lawson MS addins, Infor Spreadsheet designer experience desired
-Websphere install-config- maintenance and logs troubleshooting experience required
ITIL based ticketing tool experience, Infor S3 lawson, landmark, mscm, lbi experience, Infor M3 - Streamserve, MEC deployments administration experience, BSI installs and configurations, YE CTP installs
ITIL v4 Foundations certified, Team Player, Good Communication skills, Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities, 24 X 7 rotational shifts.
Total experience: 5+ years
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Infor Lawson & Infor M3 administration.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
