We're looking for a driven Technology Implementation Consultant to join our APAC Professional Service team. You will be responsible for successful implement of our OneSumX® Finance, Risk and Regulatory (FRR) solutions in the APAC Region for banking and financial services industry clients.
This is a Permanent Full-Time position, to be based in Philippines (hybrid working arrangement, working from home 2-3 days per week). #LI-hybrid

About the Role

Facilitate Project Initiation workshops
-
Identify data sourcing requirements and data requirements
-
Conduct data gap analyses
-
Create Business Requirements Documents, Functional Specification Documents and/or Technical Documents as required
-
Conduct training
-
Understand functional specifications to ensure design and development of technical solutions
-
Execute unit testing of developed programs
-
Support System Integration Testing, Regression Testing and User Acceptance Testing (issue analysis and resolution)
-
Ensure effective client engagement and management
-
Adhere to the company’s project management and governance framework
-
In consultation with relevant Subject Matter Experts, provide advice on Banking processes, architecture, and interpretation
About You
-
Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field; or bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting, Banking or Economics

3+ years’ overall experience
-
Relevant experience in IT project implementation in the Banking sector

Demonstrated RDBMS experience (Oracle, SQL Server)
-
Good Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
-
Experience in Data Warehousing and Data Integration (ETL) project implementations
-
Hands-on knowledge of Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, SSRS or any other market leading reporting tool

Foundation knowledge on cloud deployments and architecture

Demonstrated experience in customer facing roles

Fluency in English, written and oral
-
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Excellent client management and engagement skills

Responsible, methodical, and organised

High level of integrity and takes accountability

Assertive, being able to make expert decisions based on personal judgement

Ability to work independently while also being a good team player

Full availability to travel within the Asia Pacific area

Experience in banking finance and accounting processes, Regulatory Reporting, General Ledger, IAS/IFRS, ALM, FTP, Basel, or any type of financial risk management

Financial or Risk Management professional certification
