Job Description

• We are looking for a Technical Trainer to join our growing internal Technical Training team. We are looking for passion, energy, and commitment in a dynamic, global, and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate technical know-how and ability to deliver effective learning solutions.

Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)

• Lead and facilitate technical training sessions including classroom and virtual based learning.
• Embrace the team’s vision for delivery excellence.
• Adding value to existing technical learning content by offering innovative delivery solutions.
• Evaluate effectiveness of training programs using various types of formal and informal techniques.

Qualifications

The candidate will be a key member of the global technical training team operating in a pivotal role to deliver strategic and tactical requirements. The team operates globally and most importantly collaboratively. Key competencies for position and level (see Group Competency model) Experienced with strong technical knowledge

• Continue to build subject matter expertise in new or increasingly complex topics by regularly devoting time to learning and then using that knowledge to deliver learning solutions to the business.
• Desirable but not essential to have a working knowledge of learning theory and delivery processes. Communication and Results Focused
• Demonstrate results in driving operational impact.
• Strong communication skills.
•  A minimum 4 years of Fund Administration experience, 2 years of which are in fund accounting, corporate accounting or company secretarial.
• Ability to create impactful learning experiences from start to completion
• Proficiency in delivery of learning
• The ideal candidate will be a great team player, with the ability to work in a deadline orientated environment
• A strong ability to collaborate with people and have a passion for the job
