The Impact of a Technical Support Engineer, Integrations at Coupa:

What You'll Do:

  • As an Integration Support Engineer you will ensure our customers Integrations run and perform as expected
  • You will need to review customers' Integration configurations and data to implement the best solution to any problem that arises
  • You will directly work with customers to provide them a professional, quick, efficient experience as we meet their Integration needs
  • You will cross-collaborate with teams within and outside of Support to create sustainable solutions for our customers
  • Also help customers navigate, evaluate, and understand Integration options offered with the Coupa platform
  • Case management
  • Handle customer calls - inbound and outbound
  • Case management of cases handed over from other geographical locations
  • Subscribe to Coupa’s core values
  • As and when required contribute to projects run by management and support team members
  • Case escalation management
  • On-call rotation for the weekend
  • Be able to understand all Integrations related topics at a basic level
  • Keep up to date on technologies through CoupaU and Integration topics
  • Create knowledge articles

What You Will Bring to Coupa:

  • Strong communications skills - written & verbal
  • Must have experience working with International customers over phone calls and remote sessions
  • Experienced working directly with external customers in a technical support environment, ideally in an enterprise software or SaaS company
  • Experience using CRM and / or issue tracking tools like Salesforce, etc.
  • Technical background in Linux, Unix and other operating systems
  • Good knowledge of SQL scripting
  • Ability to read database tables using SQL queries, and log files thus enabling effective troubleshooting and fast resolution of customer issues
  • Skilled in using XML, HTML and other Web technologies
  • Understanding of the Procurement domain will be an added advantage
  • Willing to work in a 24x5 environment including on-call support for weekends
