About Role
In this role, the Scrum Master (SM) will lead multiple 7-10 person project teams in building e-learning system, data warehouse, business intelligence, analytic solutions specific to Ethics n Compliance. The Scrum Master will act as liaison between technical, Budget and Finance to define and accomplish tasks. The Scrum Master tasks include project scoping, staffing, issue management, risk mitigation, status reporting, project planning, quality assurance, managing actual / budgets, leading staff, quality assurance, etc. This SM must be able to resolve outstanding questions on system requirements and conduct data analysis to develop the functional approach for the business requirements. The SM must possess excellent verbal and written communication.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Evangelize and drive the adoption of agile standards, tools and practices within the OST team of developers, product owners, PMs and team leaders
- Ensure that agile principles are implemented correctly through the SCRUM framework
- Optimize the use of tools (Jira, Confluence...) to support the agile process and to enable up-to-date status reporting and planning view on sprint / release level
- Facilitate the SCRUM ceremonies / agile process
- Coach the team through the process assuring a process of continuous improvement
- Communicate with team leaders, project managers and product owners to assure alignment on timing and priorities of project and product deliveries
- Support team to identify and remove impediments and prevent distractions that interfere with the ability of the team to deliver the sprint goal
- Support backlog management and release / epic planning
- Demonstrated experience and commitment to live the LRN values and leadership framework, and strong desire to be part of a HOW exemplar company. Excellent communication skills are important to this role. Specific subject matter expertise as well as industry vertical experience is essential.
- Graduation.
- Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience as project manager / Agile project manager -- managing web/mobile-based applications.
- Experience leading a team in deploying medium sized web/mobile-based applications
- Strong technical experience (web/mobilie technology) with the ability to communicate effectively with developers, database developers, product owners, external vendors and quality assurance staff in a geographical and culturally diverse setting.
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal communication) with business stakeholders
- Experience in product life cycle management, change management, and release management
