This role demands exceptional collaborative skills, an ability to deal with ambiguity and the talent to quickly build trust within a matrixed team. You will be instrumental in optimizing our program processes, ensuring they are effective without being overly bureaucratic.

Core Responsibilities
Here's a glimpse into what you will be doing (all with a human centric approach):

Leading complex transformational programs including developing digital roadmaps in collaboration with Engineering, managing senior stakeholders and demonstrating the ability to articulate and manage program trade-offs

Facilitating program orchestration including setting up and running the “heartbeat” of the program.

Managing dependencies, issues and risks and ensure program communication is effective

Ensuring Program goals are delivered on by product teams and key partners by focusing on value creation from idea to satisfied customer

We are looking for new team member who is capable of orchestrating highly complex programs of work from inception to delivery. Pragmatism will be key, you’ll need to make sense of the world through collaboration, while adding the right amount of structure but avoiding unnecessary governance.
This role with be anchored in our Consumer Marketing Technology Team, where we deliver technology solutions that support both our consumers and our employees.

Proven program/project management and execution expertise.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional organisational skills and a passion for details, without losing sight of the bigger picture.

Thorough understanding of agile software development processes and strong technical skills with an appreciation of software engineering. Ideally you have thrived in the space between IT and the business.
Certifications in Agile project / program management would be advantageous.
