About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Product Marketing Specialist who will also assist Developer Relations efforts at Contentstack. This role will bridge the gap between our technical capabilities and market needs while fostering strong relationships with our developer community.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Product Marketing

  • Create compelling technical content including blogs, guides, case studies, and product documentation
  • Work cross-functionally to help develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and products
  • Collaborate with product teams to translate complex technical features into clear value propositions
  • Create technical demonstrations and presentations for various audiences

Developer Relations

  • Build and nurture relationships with the developer community through various channels
  • Create developer-focused content including tutorials, code samples, and API documentation
  • Assist in managing Discord developer community and community events
  • Gather and communicate developer feedback to product and engineering teams
  • Assist in hosting workshops and webinars for technical audiences

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Communication, Business or equivalent experience. 
  • 3+ years of experience in technical marketing or developer relations
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, and modern development practices
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts
  • Experience with content management systems or digital experience platforms
  • Proven track record of creating technical content and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with headless CMS or composable architecture
  • Public speaking experience at technical conferences
  • Active participation in developer communities
  • Experience with marketing automation tools
