We are looking for a skilled Technical Lead to drive our technical projects and serve as a key client-facing representative.
Job Summary:
- The Technical Lead will play a crucial role in guiding the technical vision and execution of our projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in at least two backend programming languages (Node.js, Go, C#) and at least one frontend framework (Next.js/React.js, Vue.js). You should have hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and one or more major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), along with a strong understanding of best security practices. In this role, you will also be responsible for articulating complex technical solutions to clients in clear, simple language, and your experience in pre-sales will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable software solutions.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Review code, ensure adherence to best practices, and drive the adoption of modern development methodologies.
- Full-Stack Development:
- Develop and maintain robust backend services using at least two of the following: Node.js, Go, C#.
- Build intuitive and responsive front-end interfaces using at least one of: Next.js/React.js, Vue.js.
- Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- DevOps & Cloud Integration:
- Implement and manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes.
- Utilize cloud services on AWS, GCP, or Azure to ensure scalable and resilient deployments.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations as needed.
- Security Best Practices:
- Incorporate security best practices into every stage of the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct security audits, ensure compliance with industry standards, and manage risk effectively.
- Client Engagement & Pre-Sales Support:
- Act as the primary technical liaison with clients, translating complex technical concepts into simple, actionable insights.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing technical guidance and support during pre-sales engagements.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product management, design, and operations teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and roadmap development of our technology offerings.
Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in at least two backend programming languages: Node.js, Go, or C#.
- Experienced with at least one frontend framework: Next.js/React.js or Vue.js.
- Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Expertise in one or more cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Sound knowledge of security best practices and application security principles.
- Experience:
- Proven track record in a client-facing technical role, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in plain language.
- Experience in pre-sales activities and technical presentations is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in leading and mentoring a development team.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in software development and technical leadership.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with business-level English proficiency.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
